Very friendly, caring & understanding vets & nurses. I feel I can trust this vets which certainly wasn't the case with my last one. My pickle very recently had dental surgery and he was well looked after and all work done was excellent. Many thanks to these guys.
Friendly staff and good value care
I use Edgewood for all of my animals they give the highest care possible. I wouldn't use anyone else. The compassion I had on my resent loss of my loving dog was faultless from start to finish I can't thank the team enough.
I've been using Edgewood Vets for nearly 2 years for my two cats and always found them to be really helpful, compassionate and caring. My last visit, in February 2014, was to have my male kitten neutered. The operation wasn't straightforward as it involved an exploratory to locate a missing testicle! But from initially spotting the problem, and at the pre-op assessment, the vet was great in explaining everything, from the prognosis of not addressing the problem, through to options for resolving the issue and associated risks. He was happy to answer my questions and didn't rush me. Said male kitten was operated on in early Feb and the vet phoned me straight after to update me. I picked the kitten up the same day: the nurses were great in explaining post-op care and provided me with written instructions. They followed up the next day by phone and there were 2 post-op check ups. This is not the first time I've had to visit Edgewood with something relatively major and my experiences have been positive everytime. I'm really pleased to have such a great vets overseeing the health and care of my much loved cats.
