Been a patient of this surgery (formally MacFarlane's) for the majority of my life and was obviously saddened to learn of Mr and Mrs MacFarlane selling, but I honestly cannot be more pleased with the new owners, the surgery looks fab and they have retained the lovely staff that work there. My dentist is Japps and he is so nice, friendly, professional and great with my 2 year old.
Haven't been to dentist for over 10years as I'm so scared, had a large abscess they got me a emergency appointment and removed the tooth, lovely receptionist and dentist, will be going back again now for check ups ,would definitely recommend even if your scared
This practice has recently been under new management and i must say i was very impressed. from the sign to the new door. I have been a longstanding patient here and zero waiting time, all my treatment explained thoroughly with x rays and was done there and then despite only being an exam. Top service. Thanks
Great experience. Recently has changed ownership and from start to finish I was thoroughly impressed. Ran on time, gave me all nhs and private options with zero pressure and even done my treatment for me there and then. Would highly recommend. After being a Quest patient in maldon for a number of years and absolutely not happy with them I decided to move to Serenity. I needed an extraction quickly as I was in a lot of pain. After past experiences with quest (none of them good) I was very frightened of dentists. Until I went to Serenity. The extraction was very quick and painless and the dentist (not sure of her name) is absolutely lovely! I now like visiting the dentist and she has cured my fear. Couldn't be a better service and anyone that is unhappy with their current dentist I strongly suggest you switch to this surgery. I've been there 3 times now and not once have i had to wait longer than my appointment time. Superb. Thank you serenity
