I dealt with this garage for my elderly father in law who was looking for a small automatic car after a few visits to other cars that were mis described ( one was in dangerous condition ) we spotted a corsa automatic advertised by Springfield and it was as described presented in clean and immaculate condition with a warranty and even though it was a Saturday and Gary was by himself he and his secretary took time to look after my father and we drove off in car same day very good service would recommend can see why they have so many good reviews
Cant believe the way we were treated by Springfield!!I phoned and spoke to receptionist and arranged for our van to be looked at , so as it was running erratic got the AA recovery to take it there. Once there spoke to a manager who said he wouldn't be prepared to take it in as we had had work.done recently elsewhere?We were left high and dry with van in road on recovery vehicle with nowhere to go! Fortunately for us Protec who are opposite said they would take it in and have a look at it.which got us out of a very tight spot.
I bought a 2006 Ford focus from this dealer about 5 years ago. Its the best car iv EVER had without a doubt. Only time I ever had to go to a garage was for my M.O.Ts. Cannot speak highly enough of them.. Fantastic knowledgeable business
